Working on two projects this week. First, is the stairs. The pic below is of the handmade square nails holding the stairs together, as we are fixing it up after seventy years of neglect.

And the other project is the bathroom demo that turned into a full on mould remediation nightmare. Below is a picture of a screw from a power box that is rubbing against the shower pipe.

The bathroom has now been stripped of all mould bearing drywall etc., and is ready to have some insulation added, and then new drywall.

Note the lack of insulation around the retro-fitted windows. Thanks window installing idiots. Appreciate that.
And here is the real culprit in this saga. A rusted out tub spout which caused a long term leak that ended up with lots of mould.
